We have our monthly Bouldering Night at the Bouldering Project-DC on Eckington Pl in NE Washington on Sunday, August 4 from 4-6pm. The event has moved from first Wednesday to first Sunday of the month. Bouldering Night is a community centered program offered at no cost to the first 25 Soul Trak participants, community members thereafter pay an entry fee but receive free rentals. We’re looking forward to seeing new faces at our popular climbing event. Volunteers are available to show first-timers how to boulder.
Join us for a rejuvenating session of Gentle Outdoor Yoga at Anacostia Park on May 26th from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Led by Adina, a trusted REI Inclusion partner and experienced yoga instructor, this session offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature while nourishing your mind, body, and spirit.
In this tranquil setting nestled along the banks of the Anacostia River, you’ll experience the soothing blend of gentle yoga poses, mindful breathing exercises, and meditation techniques. Suitable for all experience levels, including beginners, this session will focus on fostering relaxation, flexibility, and inner peace.

Soul Trak will be hosting its annual Soul Trak Leader Adventure Week again this year in Moab, Utah. This 4 day weekend will consist of many exciting activities and workshops led by both Soul Trak staff and program partners. This weekend is a great opportunity to deepen our bonding experience as a network of outdoor leaders, further our learning around leadership and diversity, and continue to engage in outdoor recreational activities that promote teamwork, skill building, and expand our tolerance for adversity.

Join Soul Trak on the river for a day of tubing on the Shenandoah River. After a peaceful float down the river, join us for a cookout lunch!
Meet at the Harpers Ferry Adventure Center Tubing Check-In (150 Millville Rd, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425). IMPORTANT: The flat water tubing starting point is NOT at the main location. Soul Trak will coordinate carpools if possible with registered participants.
Registration fees:
$25 for Soul Trak Members
$35 for General Public
Registration fees include tubing and lunch and are non-refundable.
The float takes around 2 hours, and a complimentary shuttle is provided to return back to your vehicle. Float tubes and life jackets are included, and cooler tubes.
