We are thrilled to introduce the Fall 2025 Soul Trak College Ambassador Cohort! This semester, we welcome three passionate student leaders and alumnae from Howard University—Tia Pope, Stephanie Stair, and Lola Mabon—who are committed to expanding outdoor access and inspiring their peers to connect with nature in new ways.
Our ambassadors will play a crucial role in strengthening outreach efforts, encouraging students to explore the outdoors, and fostering a culture of adventure and environmental appreciation on campus. In the coming months, they will support a variety of Soul Trak programs, helping to build a more inclusive and engaged outdoor community.
Join us in celebrating and supporting Tia, Stephanie, and Lola!
Tia Pope
Hello! My name is Tia Pope, and I am a rising senior at Howard University from Chicago, Illinois. I major in Health Science with a minor in Biology and Chemistry. As someone who finds peace and purpose in nature, I’m excited to serve as an ambassador and foster meaningful connections through shared outdoor experiences.
Stephanie Stair
Stephanie Stair (she/her) is a proud recent graduate of the illustrious Howard University with a BA in Sociology and a minor in Environmental Studies. As an environmental justice advocate, she seeks to reconnect people living in urban areas to nature and tackle injustices related to food access, water and air pollution. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys reading, being outdoors, spending time with loved ones, and tending to her plants.
Lola Mabon
Hi my name is Lola Mabon, and I’m a senior Health Science major with Biology and Chemistry minors at Howard University. I’m from Dallas, Texas and have loved the outdoors since i was young; especially riding bikes around the neighborhood with my brother. My favorite colors are green and blue, and favorite shows are A Series of Unfortunate Events and Attack on Titan. I’m excited to be part of the Soul Trak College Ambassador Cohort this year!!
